leaf fish

soon i will be setting up a 29 gallon cube and was wondering if it is possible to keep a leaf fish in there? would it be okay to keep it with other fish?

Leaffish are great but roommates are likely to be history. Their mouth is a lot larger than it looks. However, for a 29 gallon single specimen tank, it is likely to be a good choice. My experience with them is totally in the ocean not in the aquarium. I don't keep ambush predators in my aquaria.

I agree ^^. They are actually wonderful, personable fish. However, they can be difficult to wean onto nonliving foods in the intial stages, but seem to accept it later on. Their hunting behavior is fascinating as they rock back and forth.
