Leakfrogs on Woot today only!! (Tues 11/9)

I LOVE LeakFrogs. If you don't have some kind of water alarm, then I highly recommend you consider one. They sell different kinds at Ace, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.

I just bought 2 more from Woot today so I am up to six total. I have them under the bathroom and kitchen sinks and in different places under my tank stand. They work beautifully and have saved me a ton of trouble by catching problems early. Even if the floor is just damp, the alarm will ring out (loud and piercing).

I have no connection to Woot other than loving their write-ups. Just thought I'd share.

Wish I had these when my R/O system split and flooded the kitchen while I slept.

One will go by the R/O unit and the other next to the tank.

How much are they normally?

They have not been available for a long time, the company just started making them again. I paid $8 each for my other ones and I had seen them locally for $13 and up. There are different options when it comes to water sensors. Some are cheaper.
The frogs work real well, make a very loud noise and are adorable. They are easy to keep track of under my stand and I see their little face and remember to clean them and check the battery every now and then.

I highly recommend water alarms. I had a slow drip from a bulkhead that had gotten loose. The frog screamed when just a little moisture started to collect and I was able to fix it before it turned in to a disaster.

Check your bulkheads every now and then!
