Leaking Bags

Is it commonplace for the shipping bags to leak, or for there to be any water in the styrofoam container?

All of my shipments have been perfect, with the exception of two of the last four...these two were fish orders coming from LA.

Tonyh67,

Thank you for your post. We apologize for the leaks experienced with your LiveAquaria orders. A bag leak can be detrimental to the health of the specimen, and is not commonplace. We take steps to reduce the possibility and amount of leaks, including sealing the fish inside multiple poly bags with thick liners. Should a leak occur, your specimens are covered by our 14-Day Arrive Alive, Stay Alive Guarantee. If you experience any losses with your current order or would like us to document your concerns with your orders, please PM us, call us at 1-800-334-3699 or email us at CustomerService@drsfostersmith.com if you have not already done so.
