These leds here are the specs of the leds

- DC Forward Voltage (VF) : 3.2-3.6Vdc

- DC Forward Currect (IF) : 700mA

- Color Temp: 15000K

- Beam Angle: 120 degrees

- LifeSpan Time : > 50,000 hours these are
The high powered white leds on star boards

These are the specs for the royal blue leds
Do you think I need 2 drivers or just one.

Driver should be 700mA max, 350 to 500mA would be preferable for that type of cheapo LEDs. total Volatge output of the driver will determine how many LEDs can be wired in series to each driver.

these seem like pretty basic questions, no offense, but if you had to ask this you should probably keep reading up on DIY LED builds before jumping in. Hundreds if not thousands of good threads on RC on the subject.
