Led light hanging fixture

I am buying nono tank and I will be using my sons old reefbreeders led light. A little overkill but it's bought and paid for and I like the flexibility of having plenty of light.

I need one fixture to hang the light from. It will attach to a flat piece of plywood under the tank uses to level and transport the tank.

I don't weld (wish I did, that would be awesome, so I can make my own BBQ pit...but I digress)

I found this fixture that you bend out of metal conduit. I can do this and it's cheap.

Does a 3/4 inch pipe fit in a 1 inch pipe?

Does anybody have any other suggestions?

I had a EMT conduit light bracket over my tank for a couple of years and had zero corrosion issues. I would say go for it. They work great and it's dirt cheap. Home Depot near me charges $2.30 for a 10'pc.

Looks good, I'd want an end cap on the exposed end of the conduit by the light. It depends on what pipe you are talking about and if the measurements are inside diameter or outside diameter
