LED lighting for my refugium Question

So I'm looking to get some LEDs for my refugium and not looking to spend a fortune. I found these:

13W
LED Qty 225pcs
Color White
LED Bulbs Power 0.06w x 225 LEDs (13.5w in total)
Color Temperature 5600K
LEDs Diameter 5mm
Light Panel Size 12" L x 12" W x 1-1/2" H


You've probably seen these before.. Wasn't sure if I could post a link to them or not considering the site their on..

I know a person that used two of the red/blue version (meant for plants) to run his ATS so I'm wondering if the white would work for my refugium..

Sam Club is selling 9W LEDs bulbs dimmable. It's so bright.

I have an led light on my refugium that has 4-1 watt 6500k white bulbs that I got from my lfs and it works great, plus it was cheaper than buying the t5 set-up that goes with my sump. Its called a nano-glo and I paid $40 for it.
