LED making the tank look washed out

I have a DIY LED build over my 14g biocube. Below is a breakdown of my leds.

Meanwell LPC-35-700
(2) cree blue
(6) cree royal blue

Meanwell ELN-60-48P
(4) cree cool white
(4) cree neutral white

I use my reef angel to dim my whites via PWM. The tank is ramped up from 15% to 40% over 200 min and then the reverse cycle happens at sundown. I am fairly pleased when the lights are running around 0 to 20%, but all other times the color of my corals looked washed out.

What color leds should I add to get more "pop" out of my corals?

Should I add violet?

Here is a current picture of the tank.

Here are my thoughts. 16 led's on a tank that size is more then suffecient. Use the dimming controls to where you like the lights. There is no rule that says you have to run leds at high rate. I have 4 AI's on a 75 gl and I do not run them above 45% whites and 50% on both sets of blue. I did add a some extra color I added some cyan and a couple of reds.

Hope that helps and did not confuse...
