led question

ok so i have a 12 gallon nano that had the ballast and lights go out. at this time i thought i would look into leds instead of replaceing the ballast. so my question is would this work for a small tank

i know that it is low watts but it is for a 12 gallon tank. what do you think

That fixture is 13 watts. That is like 4 of the Cree most people are using for the DIY jobs. 4 Cree might be a little light limited for that size tank (what is in it, what are the dimensions). Those are probably less efficient than Cree so it probably cost more to run than Cree for the same amount of light.

Personally, I would keep looking.
