We had a minor power flicker today and it set my LED timer to default which means that may tank got a steady dose of 100% for 4 or so hours. As a result I have noticeable burn (bleaching) on a few of my SPS and my birdsnest looks bad. What's the recovery technique for these situations? (and yes, I'm picking up a UPS for the light tomorrow)

I would just put your lighting back to where you had it last, they should come back. Just don't do anything drastic to your phosphates. Keep parameters as stable as possible and don't forget to feed the water column (feeding is important to keep bleached corals alive), direct feeding can be stressful if done incorrectly.
