LED's and heat question????

I'm doing a 300 cube build and going to run 4 LED fixtures on it. My question is??
On the tank I'm running now with MH I have a 1/2 chiller on it will I still need this in summer or will I be ok without a chiller I'm in Oregon and the summer don't get that hot plus the house has AC. I dont want to sell it and be sorry come the summer.

i run leds on my 180 and live in south FL and dont use a chiller. temp stays where i want it to 76.0 degrees

I run 4 AI units and two 5' T5s over a 215g and I run 2 degrees over ambient room temp.
