Leeches on Moray

I was wondering if anyone is aware of possible treaments for a Zebra moray with leeches attached to it tail. I have tried a fw dip but the are still attached to the eels tail. I am aware that they can also survive in the substrate, which is another fun issue. I'm comtemplating hypo salinity, but am unsure as to what steps I should be taking.

Any help would be greatly apprecited by myself and the moray !
