left over saltwater question

from doing a water change i have about 1 gallon left over. can i keep it closed in a 5gal bucket with lid on for 2 weeks? or should i just do a 1 gallon change 1 week from now and get rid of it?

how long can i keep it? is it like regular water that u can keep (without heater or powerhead) for years?

The stores keep saltwater mix for an extended period, should be fine

i would keep it.. if you have a small pump throw it in there and you will be fine.

or do the 1 gallon water change.. saltwater will go bad if it is not kept circulating...

generally the ph crashes if it sits too long... in all honesty, it's just a gallon, it'd probably cost you more in electricity to run a powerhead in it.
