Ive seen 2 at different LFS...and they were pretty big(3-4") and IMO not even as pretty as a lemonpeel. The yellows were pretty dull and the black was more of a gray...
They were considered expensive, but now Vanuatu sends plenty and the prices dropped.
The really special patterns ones are still sold for high prices (lateral blue lines etc.).
IME, generally they are agressive, and not reef safe, I like keeping centropyge spp. in reefs and taking the risks, but this hybrid as well as Centropyge flavissima, I wont try ever again in a reef.
the one in the pic looks nice but to order online without seeing it you might as well get a lemonpeel or half blacks cuz the colors would be cleaner or sharper. plus depending on what site you go to you could pay from $30 -$120
