Have you already bought the ATI tubes? I personally would go with FM Aqua-Science bulbs. I've seen them next to each other, and the Aqua-Science is a bit brighter. I don't know if they are easily available in the US though...
Don't understand me wrong, ATI bulbs are great, but if you have the choice, go for the FM Aqua-Science.

You can get the Aqua-science lamps in the US. Aquarium Specialty carries them. They appear brighter and the blue lamps appears bluer as well.

It might be better to monitor the post membrane water as well. I have two of the dual monitors on my system, but really monitoring the tap water is all but worthless IMO. I would rather know what the membrane performance is, as well as the post DI.
In fact, I measure TDS post membrane and post first DI stage, so that I know the water going into teh second DI stage is clean. That way there are no surprises.
No, I definately won't use T5. I have had experiences with it and I noticed pale SPS and unexplainable algae growth.
That's why I will use 2 x 400 Watt Aqua Connect SE bulbs in Lumenarcs.
They will placed behind each other to cover the whole depth. A light mover will make sure the lights cover the whole tank. (left-right)

This is a thing I have to experience when I begin the build.
It depens on the spread of the Lumenarcs, distance reflectors/water, and the 'look' of a light and dark side of the tank (moving)
I will find the right setup eventually, I already have all the tools for it
I also think it is very beneficial to have the light from different direction during the day, especially with large, tabling corals.

The tank is in place. I'm busy finishing the sump, plumbing etc. Here some pictures from the new tank before it was filled with water and the old livestock.
After the plumbing is done I will concentrate on the new lighting. After that I will dial in the reactors and dosingpumps etc.
When that is done I will think about the new aquascape and livestock
I just took a few pictures fast between all the work, so they are not the best.
