Leopard Wrasse order number: A2665735

I'm not having the same luck with number 2 as I have with my first. My first Leopard (Bipartitus) is 4 months old, and is doing great! She dove in the sand the first day, came out in day 2, and started eating live brine. Eating frozen now.

My 2nd (Meleagris) came in 5 days ago.

Day 1 (evening), didn't dive in sand, just hung out. didn't eat.
Day 2 (yesterday) came out in morning, didn't eat, then I found it slid against some live rock like a royal gramma would. spent most of the day there. went into sand bed.
Day 3 never came out
Day 4 never came out
Day 5 (today) never came out from sand

I have 2 sizes of live brine ready now.
cyclopeeze, mussels, tubifex worms, frozen brine, pellets, .........

But, I can't feed it, if if doesn't come out. The order came in late (your fault), but that shouldn't have mattered, IMO.

mysterybox,

Thank you for your post. We are sorry to hear that your Leopard Wrasse has not been recently seen in your tank. When first acclimated to the aquarium, some fish may spend much of their time in hiding due to stress. As they become more used to their surroundings, the fish will normally start to come out more often. At this point, we recommend continuing to monitor the Leopard Wrasse and keep us posted on its condition. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to let us know.

Well that would exceed my expectations! I was just hoping for some off chance that there was something that I could do, but I guess not. sucks! Thanks for your offer, and I would rather get another one reshipped, though. It hasn't come out today as of yet, and it's 2:40 eastern time. Thanks for your usual awesome customer service! That's why I only use you for livestock!
