got this sweet new flasher wrasse..the laboutei has been displaying some to it so might have a problem there but he is like that to any fish excepet the lineatus..and there is never any fin nipping just displaying but the ne flasher is in its specimen cup now and i will keep him in there for a few days..has shown some really sweet color and was flashing alot at the store..they had it for a month and i kept my eye on it..well here is the new p. filamentosus..filament flasher wrasse

i am getting two eightlines this week..i can't wait they are both very nice looking fish..i am selling my laboutei to make room for these as well as a couple female lineatus..will post pics when i get them

Beautiful wrasseguy. Do the 8-lines get aggressive like the 6-lines or do they have a better temperament?

they are better than the sixlines but the eightline flasher is the msot aggressive out of the flashers..now the eightline in the same family as the sixlines are very nasty

Sixline wrasses are not flashers.

Man, I want a 8 line flasher. It is the last fish to complete my collection. But i just cant find one anywhere!

i got lucky and picked mine up from a local reefer wanting to get rid of his....i am getting one more next week from him and it is a big super male it is going in my other tank..best thing is i am only paying $65

very nice flashers gang. alright Ive got a coule questions for you wrasse gurus. I have a 40 breeder with a yellow coris wrasse thats been in there for around 6 months. do you think he would bully a flasher?

The Eightlines are beautiful! I thought I remember reading somehting about there diet though. do they accept prepared foods. what was yourlls exp. with these guys. thank you
