I am a long time customer of aquacave. I have dealt with Enrico multiple times. I have had some good experiences and some not so good experiences. I just placed a small $187 order for the following products 5 minutes ago. Tried calling a couple of times to see if my items were in stock. No one picked up. Lets see how they do.

The good experiences with Aquacave have far outweighed the insignificant issues I've had. Enrico (or is it Enrique now that I think about it) has always been at the top of his game. The prices are the best around. Sometimes things are out of stock and it doesn't matter if they come later. This is one of those orders. Since Aquacave has gotten so much negativity, I thougt I would post my experience with this order. My posts here will be based on the actual transactions and how Aquacave handles the order.

Just spoke with Enrico and my order has shipped. They even applied the RC discount AFTER my order was placed. Ya know, every issue with Aquacave is obviously reported here, but the Aquacave team doesn't get enough credit for how hard they work to please their customers on a daily basis. Just imagine if every mistake you made was publicly announced and all of your ALL of your good work always went unnoticed. I applaud you Aquacave!!!:wavehand:

The order came today. Just as I expected. Completely perfect. Everything was wrapped, taped, and wrapped again with packing material. I counted 11 different stickers indicating the package was "GLASS" or "FRAGILE." My bulbs fired up no problem. Great job Enrico and company!
