hello all!

i purchased a 75G "stock-tank" for my sump today, and was wondering how you have yours set up. any pictures would be nice.
im thinking of keeping my skimmer and some chaeto in their, with a 10G rdsb of about 4 inches deep.
one of the questions i have is, how would i go about making a suitable set of baffles for the chaeto so it doesnt get sucked into my pump?

i did a 35G water-change today due to high phosphates, and boy lemme tell ya, im sick and tired of schlepping(sp?) 5 G buckets
from the basement, and am working on a much more automated way of doing water changes.

thanks in advance,
sivel

People dont use baffles in those because they spread a little when you add water. I have one and used the light diffuser grid and trimmed it to fit horizontal on that lower lip. Pumps are under the grid. I just place live rock on the grid.
Oh yeah, dont trust that factory bulhead not to leak. Mine leaked bad. Losen it and reassemble with silicone.

hmm..

i just cant see this thing warping, even w/ 75G in it...its REALLY stiff.
as for the stock bulkhead, gonna change that out.

thanks,

sivel

It's not a bad bulkhead, it's just the factory doesn't tighten them real well or something.
