Lots of fish and halides is what I attribute it to the deep red hah. I've have it for over a year now it started off as a 1/4" frag it's one of the only corals in my tank that never fades IME.

Where exactly in your tank is it located? Can you snap a full tank shot to show placement?

Guygettnby: it's in the bottom 6 inches of a 21" tall tank I will get you a picture here in a bit.

FIY tang police I don't care yes I have a mimic tang, tomini tang, and a blue tang and 5 other fish I am up grading to a 125 in March.

Jettareefer, thanks for snapping a pic. So yours is pretty much directly under you halide? How far is your light off of your tank? Mine is growing ok, but I just can't seem to get it to color up. Has always stayed a light red color. It started off dark red when I first got it, but slowly faded some. Haven't been able to get that color back no matter where I put it.. I will take a picture of my tank and where it is placed tomorrow when my light come back on.
