how does he act? is he aggressive acting?

Probably to a Pearly Jawfish or a Diamond Watchman. It would be a territorial issue.

I took that picture the first night he arrived, so he might have been a bit frightened with the new surroundings and tankmates. The next day he built a burrow under a rock and hangs out in there ever since.

BTW, he's been in my tank since Saturday...

Beautiful shots, Steve. Do those hawkfish ever damage any of your corals?

No, but the spotty one eats baby Banggai Cardinals.

The Flame Hawk and the Chromus both 'sleep' in the same coral and every evening re-enact the same squabble over who owns it, before settling down about 4cm from each other.

Fish 'sleeping' in corals is good for the corals as it helps with water circulation at night.

Although the picture is a bit fuzzy I like this picture. I had bought the pair about a 30 days earlier and the day I shot the picture I had not seen the shrimp for about 29 days. All of a sudden they pop out together in a spot the Goby had never been in before.

This shot and the one shown earlier were taken only hours apart, you'd think he'd been mated with this female and in this tank for years ... glad to see it though!
