LFS in my area is selling these green slit as BUTTON POLYLPS. Tried to correct him but he still convinced they are button polyps.

They come in as button polyps to most LFS. They don't typically pay attentin to the trends (in this area, anyway), so they have no idea that the may have something that is sought after. I've picked up a number of 'button polyp' colonies lately, knowing they had potential. So far, I haven't been disappointed. Once everything grows out, I should have some really nice looking colonies. I usually think of the Palythoa type of larger polyps when I think of buttons, not the Z. gigantus varieties, so I know what you're saying.
