Lets see your FTS progression pics!

So, I was looking around my photo album this morning and spotted some progression pictures of my old tank. Look back at those pics I now really miss that tank. :(

I also realized that it will take at least 18 months for my new tank to look decent.

I'm sure we can learn a thing or two about coral placement and spacing from the pics.

Well, lets see your FULL TANK SHOT progression pics!

All corals in this tank started out as frags. The pics that are yellow are running 250W XM10K, Blue shots are running XM 20K.

400W XM 20K was used the most with this setup:

This will be interesting as well as funny to see these go from zeros to heros......

Unfortunatly, I am still at the first.....so none for me to share.

Heres my 65 over 2.5 yrs as I slowly went from LPS to SPS.... and made the switch from stock sunpod bulbs to 10k Aqualine ABs to 14k Phoenix.

Youre right Sunny about learning about placement of corals, as I am totally running out of room and have more frags with nowhere to go.

Also, for me, it is my first tank and I learned about corals, fish, equipment, etc. as the tank matured. Now I feel that I am successfully keeping everything, including the SPS.

Thanks Sunny, your tanks are amazing of course. But yeah, a 180 or 210, something like that is in my future. Just need to upgrade the house too lol

This is an awesome thread Sunny...Here is my humble addition. I am need of taking a new picture to chronicle some of the changes this year since that last shot in March.

18 months of growth, it was an upgrade from my 58 gallon tank. The birdsnest, bali slimer, and poccilipora are most impressive in my opinion.

reefrick.M : The growth in your tank is amazing! Corals are going to be growing out of the water soon.

cutegecko3: Those millie's have really taken off! I myself am looking for a pink w/bluetip millie.

pancho: Love those stags. Your tank in the second pic looks much cleaner and brighter with the T5's. What is your bulb combo?

slojmn: Looking good. Your tank went from bare to bursting with life.

crvz: DUDE, what the freek is up with the slimer? You better hope it doesn't reach out of your tank and grab a dog or child. I love the growth!

Get job everyone. This is what makes the hobby great. You take a bare canvas and bring it to life, in the process making it your own. We are all artists. :D

Now, we need some more pics!

SunnyX... The tank is tons brighter with the T5's! I am currently running from front to back
