Lets see your orange torch!

I'll have to try to take another picture soon. This photo was taken when it was in my tank for about a week. It's kept it's color very well and the polyps extend alot more now. I have to borrow someone else's camera and try again. My cheap samsung camera can't capture the real colors of this piece. Or maybe it's due to my lack of photography skills.

We dont need access to decent corals... you need access to a decent camera if you are going to claim its a color other than what we see on the monitor...It looks greenish grey to me too. Now the link looks orange...

AC, have you ever considered yourself colorblind? Those are exactly the colors you can't differentiate between when color blind. Green vs Reds/Oranges.

I agree with the others - it may in fact be orange but the photos don't look orange.

These are yellow/gold, not orange. They are Aussie as well.

I believe you that your coral is orange, but the pic doesn't look like it in any way.

Thanks for the link acdraindrps. Hope everything is well at home and at the store. I lost power at about 4am and it didn't come back on until about 8pm. Luckily I have a generator. The wind knocked out power to my entire neighborhood. Anyways I borrowed my sisters camera. Heres a better pic.

Acdraindrps orange torch came from the same colony as mine. He probably does have the the orange torch shown on Areefcreations web page seeing as how he works there.

By the way this picture still doesn't really do the torch justice.

Thanks Nick. I had no idea what you were talking about, until it hit me. Everything is all quiet on the western front Just the way I like it. Just have to give time to let things settle I guess.
