well ive had another dispute with R2G again i had 4 zoa frrags not open at all and the candy cane after being in the tank a little while started developing and had green algae all over the heads. So I called Becky at R2G and told her this and she said I needed to send pictures and so I did I got a call back from her the next day saying I needed to delete my vedor thread about them before I got my refund back again which I dont understand but they said where I had said I was happy and recieved more head then I bought but now im wanting a refund. Whether I recieved the 2 or 300heads I still paid for MY 2 heads and I still expect them to survive it aint my fault they give me more then I paid for and yes I was happy with the heads that I got but im not just going to be happy if they die. They asked me to delete the whole thread to I PMd a moderator and it was deleted so now Im waiting to call them back today to see whats going to happen now.
well I recieved my 2nd order from reefs2go,and everything is looking great.I ordered 6 fish and a 5 types of zooanthids and mushrooms.I will post pics later.the only complaint I have is the polyps dont look like what they have pictured on the site.for example,the candy apple zoos on the site have a brite red center with a green skirt and a black dot in the center. the ones I have are brownish middle with brownish skirt and a black dot in the middle. so thats my only complaint so far.
They seriously asked you to remove a thread about them before a refund? That would be the last straw.
Both Zoas i bought from them Melted away. They wont get my business again. Not when i can buy from Quality vendors in Florida.

Thank you for providing us the opportunity to address your concerns. I see that you were refunded for the Cherry Bombs that were missing from your order - not credited. We processed that refund on 12/27/2012, please let me know if you do see that in your account? I know that the balance of the order was reshipped to you at no cost, even though the issue was due to a problem with Fedex delaying the shipment's delivery to you during the holiday season based on a weather delay.
It is my understanding that you have expressed additional concerns with this most recent shipment and I know that you have been working with Becky to determine a resolution. I know you requested a store credit so that you can place another order with us, however, I am concerned that the corals that you have received have not fared well in your current tank set up. I hear that you are in the process of setting up a new tank and I hope that make all of your reefs dreams a reality.
I am sending a box to you in the morning so that you can return the items you are unhappy with, we will cover the shipping both ways for this package and provide you a refund for these items upon their return.

I'm gonna try aquacon.. But I'm sure it will be the same deal. I ordered some nassarius snails and they were great. All my zoos opened in minutes too. I ordered some macro algae but it didnt come with the shipment, but I believe they refunded me
Like I said, I'll still order pods and cleaners from them. I have nothing against them, I expected the zoos to not be the same, as I've never received zoos that resemble the photograph.
You would be a fool to order from aquaCON after the experiences most have had with them. Save yourself some money and do a quick search on here for aquaCON.
