Yeah ill try to get some pics. I thought everything was going to be good but I've had 4 zoa frags not open and the candy came coral once it was in my tank I noticed that it has green hair algae all over the heads. The fleshy part of it is tiny it's a very unhealthy candy cane. I really hate being this customer calling and complaining everytime but I just want good coral

well ive had another dispute with R2G again i had 4 zoa frrags not open at all and the candy cane after being in the tank a little while started developing and had green algae all over the heads. So I called Becky at R2G and told her this and she said I needed to send pictures and so I did I got a call back from her the next day saying I needed to delete my vedor thread about them before I got my refund back again which I dont understand but they said where I had said I was happy and recieved more head then I bought but now im wanting a refund. Whether I recieved the 2 or 300heads I still paid for MY 2 heads and I still expect them to survive it aint my fault they give me more then I paid for and yes I was happy with the heads that I got but im not just going to be happy if they die. They asked me to delete the whole thread to I PMd a moderator and it was deleted so now Im waiting to call them back today to see whats going to happen now.
well I recieved my 2nd order from reefs2go,and everything is looking great.I ordered 6 fish and a 5 types of zooanthids and mushrooms.I will post pics later.the only complaint I have is the polyps dont look like what they have pictured on the site.for example,the candy apple zoos on the site have a brite red center with a green skirt and a black dot in the center. the ones I have are brownish middle with brownish skirt and a black dot in the middle. so thats my only complaint so far.

They seriously asked you to remove a thread about them before a refund? That would be the last straw.
Both Zoas i bought from them Melted away. They wont get my business again. Not when i can buy from Quality vendors in Florida.

I got a cleaner wrasse from them and at first I thought he was going to die but once acclimated hes doing great I love him. I agree about them not looking like they advertise but some do. I got a frag of about 20 candy apple zoas but they look like their pics I also ordered some baby back blues they dont look like the pics but I still really like how they look so im not complaining at all. I got some rasberry creme zoas as well and they are nice and look like the pics. I had 4 frags all together that didnt open they was blue orgasims they just melted away, fire and ice they just never opened, Physcofriggindelic zoas, they never opened and another I cant think the name of. Thats half of the zoas I ordered that didnt open. The free frag I recieved was the 8th zoa frag so really over half was dead because it was free but it was a radioactive dragon eye. It seems like thats the only frag they give free because my previous order I made that was only pods but I got the free frag it came with what looked like a dragon eye but a dull green color. The candy cane coral just looks bad I dont think they have any healthy candy canes in stock the flesh on the coral doesnt come down far and they just look to much like a skeleton with bits of flesh.
Yes they told me before they would issue a refund I had to have the thread deleted which is BS, but whatever I reported it and explained it in the msg and its gone now. I just hope they refund it to my bank account instead of credit im back to having different thoughts on them again.
I wish I had alot of quality vendors near me but the only way thatll happen will be from online. blah. I will order from bluezoo or live aquaria next time. I want different zoas of good sizes not 1-2 polyp frags. I would love to buy from so people on RC but some of the prices I see kill me.

Thank you for providing us the opportunity to address your concerns. I see that you were refunded for the Cherry Bombs that were missing from your order - not credited. We processed that refund on 12/27/2012, please let me know if you do see that in your account? I know that the balance of the order was reshipped to you at no cost, even though the issue was due to a problem with Fedex delaying the shipment's delivery to you during the holiday season based on a weather delay.
It is my understanding that you have expressed additional concerns with this most recent shipment and I know that you have been working with Becky to determine a resolution. I know you requested a store credit so that you can place another order with us, however, I am concerned that the corals that you have received have not fared well in your current tank set up. I hear that you are in the process of setting up a new tank and I hope that make all of your reefs dreams a reality.
I am sending a box to you in the morning so that you can return the items you are unhappy with, we will cover the shipping both ways for this package and provide you a refund for these items upon their return.

yes the cherry bombs were refunded back I recieved that soon after the box had shipped.
the only concerns I had about the most recent order was I had frags not open and simply melt away and the candy cane coral looked unhealthy from the start, whether I recieved the 2 I bought or 20 I still expect my 2 heads to live and be healthy. After being in the tank I noticed a green hair algae all over the candy canes, I dont have a green hair algae problem in my tank so it didnt come from my tank.
I requested store credit because for the ones the I got that lived and opened up they look great and are doing very well and the sales that are going on right now are great and I could order mutiple quanities to ensure I get a good sized frag.
I do have plans to start a new tank but its got along way to go ive not even bought said tank yet so its still a little ways out.
My water quality is just fine based on my recent tests so my water isnt the problem, like I said for the corals that I ordered and lived and opened up they are all doing great and are healthy looking. Its just the select few that had problems.

Ordered the candy apples, cheap at 5 polyps for 9.99 but they were just plain green with no red at all. Ordered the purple painted paly's, they look ok but again not like the pic. They both came with 10+ polyps when I only paid for 5 but id rather get what the photo looked like.

yeah ive noticed things dont look like the pictures. Im actually waiting for results myself. I recieved their box like they said they were going to send me and I shipped the dead corals back yesterday so now I just have to wait for them to get the box and issue my refund. Guess well see what happens.

There zoas are hit and miss. Ive had good and bad experiences. When I ordered multiple quanities everything arrived in good shape and great sizes and then sometimes the frags were tiny and melted away fast. I ordered a frag of 4 candy apple zoas from them and I love them. Great size of zoas and very much worth the price for what I got.
Their customer service is good even though this last time has gotten on my nerves a bit in order to take care of everything, from pics to deleting my thread on RC to having to ship dead things back etc. Just makes for a headache and taken alot longer then needed but whatever.

Im wanting to find another good site for zoas thats reputable and gives good sizes and has good prices. Im really wanting to give coralprops a shot.

I'm gonna try aquacon.. But I'm sure it will be the same deal. I ordered some nassarius snails and they were great. All my zoos opened in minutes too. I ordered some macro algae but it didnt come with the shipment, but I believe they refunded me

let me know how aquacon goes, Ive heard nothing but bad things about them whenever there name is mentioned on RC people go crazy so it sounds like they suck lol. They have decent prices for what they have and different nice colors but im leary specially when I cant really find anything good about them

You would be a fool to order from aquaCON after the experiences most have had with them. Save yourself some money and do a quick search on here for aquaCON.
