I am wanting to clear out some stuff so I'll start with these two items first. I have an Aqualogic 1/2 h.p. inline chiller. This would handle any heat issues you may have. It has a temp controller to go with it. I will let it go for 400.00 firm no trades. When the summer rolls around you'll wish you had it. I think that is a very good price considering what a new one that size would cost. I also have a 55 gal sump that is drilled, for 60.00. If you want pics I'll post em.
