Levamisole in pill form

Has anyone used Levamisole Hydrochloride in pill form? If so, What size pill per # of gallons of water to treat?

We're having a hard time finding the levamisole in the powdered form (Farm and Fleet doesnt sell it anymore) but do have access to pill form.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just crush it up and use the same amounts as the powder form. The pills are all I could find locally

The manufacturers have stopped making Levamisole, that's why you're not having any luck finding it. If you have a good pharmacy, chances are they can make it for you (our local Kohll's pharmacist does, anyway).
