I have a LifeReef VS3-36 that has been in use since April. When I initially purchased it, I was planning for a 300 gallon system. Well, plans changed and now it's undersized for the direction I'm headed. $180/BO for the skimmer itself.

When you say the "skimmer itself" you mean that no pump comes with?

Correct. I didn't purchase it with a pump as it is tee'd off from the main tank return pump.

So you bought it used in April?

No, I'm the original owner. I purchased it new in '07 or '08. I never got my tank up and running until April of this year, so it really only has 8 months of use.
