LF: asterina starfish

Anyone in the Murrieta area with alot of asterina starfish? Will to trade for a frag (see my sale post). I have a hungry harlequin shrimp.

No need for you to leave the shrimp starving. It will happily eat commonly available chocolate chip starfish.

From what I understand, you just cut 1/3 of the CC and give it to the harlequin and the 2/3 in the sump then cut it again


I'm in corona and you can have all the little white starfish you can catch, no charge.

I'm in corona and you can have all the little white starfish you can catch, no charge.

You can just cut off a leg at a time, but cutting through the exoskeleton isn't easy. I felt like I was causing the thing more pain than the shrimp would.
By all means, give it a shot.
FWIW, I paid about $15 for each CC star and one star would feed my pair of Harleys for about two weeks, and I'd give them a week before adding another.
