LF - Electrician to do some work in my fishroom

Like many others, I am turning part of my garage into a fishroom of sorts. Any electricians here want to earn some extra cash? At a minimum I want to add a bunch of outlets to a new wall that is being added. But depending on options I would prefer to have a new circuit installed or a current unused circuit (from prior tank location) moved. Really need someone to come look at the current setup and give me some options.

ive used two: cline electric and Dia'mond electric. both are ok.
