LF: Local Glass Aquarium Builder

Hey RC,

I am trying to find a local glass tank builder to have a custom tank. I found Keith from Sac from older thread, don't know whether he is still building tanks. Any other builder that you guys recommend? Thanks.

Many people use Crystal Dynamic Aquarium Manufacturing for their custom tanks. They're located in Oceanside, but frequently drive up orders (pooled together in a big truck). You can order through both Aquatic Collection and Neptune.

My biggest complaint after seeing some of their older tanks was that the seams weren't clean (small bubbles and notches) but Robert (at Neptune) said that this has been minimized because they purchased a lot of new equipment.

I am patiently waiting another month or so for my custom tank to arrive.

I recently replaced my old tank with a Crystal Dynamics tank and am really happy with it. Build quality looks pretty solid. Lead time was significant and took longer than expected....it took 13 weeks.
