Just put out there my wife is obsessed with Xenia and wants me to find her as many variations that i can so with that said imlooking for some cool colors..or long stems and pompoms ect.

thanks
sean

PS she has her own tank thats stuffs not running rampid in my setup...lol

That's how what was supposed to be my seahorse tank turned into my softie tank....he hated my softies...especially Xenia and kicked it out of his SPSvile.....She's not alone :)

Dan at Salty had a beautiful piece of Blue Xenia, nice sized colony, I would have swiped it myself, but it was the day before the frag swap.

It's on the pricey side, but I think still under $100 and I'd totally buy a section off of you to help defray the cost if he still has it.

It was in the very front tank where he keeps all the nicer sps frags.

Good luck.

I'd buy a piece of that too, pulsing xenia is what made my FOWLR tank turn into a reef, I saw a piece in a show tank at a LF store and became mezmerized, it's like fireworks going off every day of the year yipppeeee! ha. I got two different varieties (frags) at jurassic in willoughby, they are both the regular brownish/pink kind though

im going there this weekend if its there she wants it ...as for the fragging it part that might be difficult as the wife thinks its mean and when i say she likes xenia im really not kidding she loves the stuff !! but ill see what i can do for you ladies maybe i can slice some off and frag it while shes not looking ...lol Drive by fragging

I have 3 different types ( not quite ready for fragging yet) an encrusting white pulsing type, a pink long stemmed pulsing, and the pom pom that Aquatic Tech sells for $$ a stem.

Actually I may have a tiny frag of the white encrusting I could mount to a plug

I too would be interested in the Blue

no they are pests a majorone as faras im conserned real pain in you know what but i have beat them but it wasnt fun ...tough lil suckers

I went to rms today and didn't see one red flatworm, and I was looking, tons of green calipera though, they should get rid of that, it makes you not want to buy anything from that tank

I was in there two and my wife and i were mortified at the amount of red flatworms ...and the people buying up corals out of that tank ... believe me they were there and they dont goawayin two days be very careful buying stuff from there it tempting cause the prices are nice but Ive only had two things ever live that i bought out of there
