LF Radion Driver

Just bought a used Ecotech Radion and had it shipped to me. My luck is that the driver doesn't work so I can't update the firmware and therefor can't use the light. Yippee for me.

I would love to save the $150 to send in the light (might as well have bought new) and just buy a driver. Any help is appreciated!

I don't have the lights but..
There are numerous models called "Ecotech Radion" so I'd doubt there is just one "driver".. Providing the model number would help moving forward.

Also doubt its an "off the shelf" driver either..
I'm sure you could call Ecotech and have them sell you that though..

That's what I thought as well. Instead of selling parts at Ecotech they provide the service and after talking with them it sounded like a flat fee type of thing. Either it will cost $150 or $250, and we all know how that will end up. On the plus side he did say that they all use the same driver (maybe not for the pros but this was in regards to the gen1 vs gen3).

For that price I could by another used one and have extra parts lol...

it seems like you need to get your money back from the seller.

Send them in save your headache , and know in the end you will have a great set of lights with warranty.

It's a board thing.. Looks to be no easy "plug in" driver.
That said disassembly and removing the faulty component could or could not be possible..
