LF: TDS and refractometer

I am looking to purchase these items, I would like something reliable and quality made please. Please dont offer me the cheap chinese ones that are flooding the market as they arent as reliable and I would like to only spend the money once for these items, I also dont need the top of the line models either just something reliable and accurate so that my tank can be as beautiful as yours someday =) I can offer cash, frags or a combination of the two as payment. I appreciate you looking into this post and hopefully someone out there has what I'm looking for.

people that own these tools aren't likely to sell them unless getting out.

Personally, I don't own a TDS meter. I used to own one and it was junk so I got rid of it. I now keep to a regular changeout schedule on my RO filters.

I don't know where you're located but several reef shops in Rochester sell brand new refractos that work just fine for about $45.

Now the REALLY bad news: it's difficult to find items made in the USA.

I would encourage anyone finding ANY items made in the USA to mention the fact.

Alright, I just figured maybe someone had upgraded to a fancier one and had a decent one laying around, its a bit discouraging that we cant find more goods made in the USA and not because I'm some gung ho type that thinks america is better than all other places, I just believe in trying to keep some of our jobs in our country but that seems to be a lost cause lately. I was thinking of getting a deltec h2ocean refract if I was going to go brand new its not too much more expensive and supposed to be manufactured solely for reading saltwater and not sugar/alcohol contents. I have a good RODI but and I'm not worried about when to switch out filters I just want to make sure its working as advertised and use it to randomly spot check buckets as theyre being made, so far since my switch its a noticeable difference in the livestock all around. I appreciate the response though.
