lifespan of zoa pathogens

I had one zoanthid that died in the heat spell last August with nearly everything else in the tank. Last week I got a couple of frags from Seacrop and just learned today about nudibranchs, dips, fungus' etc. What are the chances the display tank contains nudibranchs, fungus etc and how do I rid it? I plan on doing the dip later today, but am concerned about the current display tank.

If your zoanthid died from a heat problem, then you may not have to worry about the zoanthid preditors. They most likely died too if there were any.
Plus if there were any that survived the heat, I would guess that they would have starved without any zoanthids to eat in over two months.
Do your dip your zoanthids in the recommended dip recipe and use a q-tank if you can.

Only if you are younger than 55. lol.

They are about 1 to 2 mm . You can see them but they are highly camo. They can be the exact color of the zoanthid they are on and they look just like the fringe.
