Light help.

I have a 46 gallon bow front, with a 24" PC lighting on it.
I am looking to upgrade but I don't know what to get.
I was thinking a T5 would be what I want but I don't know what brands are good and which are bad.
I will probably stick with LPS, but if my lighting would be good enough I would try some other things.

Get a 36" Tek, 4x39 and you'll be happy. 6x39 and you can keep whatever you want

I was looking at the tek, but what bulbs should I go with for the best growth?
