Light needs??

I have a 10 gallon QT tank that I've been putting some zoa frags in. The light that I've been using is a small coralife unit with a 9w 10k pc bulb and 9w atinic pc bulb. Is this enough light? I'm also feeding kent coral accel. What do most poeple feed their frags? Thanks

Where do people get their egg crates that hold the frags?

that is nowhere near where you could get your zoa's to look nice, and yuo can get eggcrate from homedepot or lowes...
