When accessing ESL via the web are you using Google Chrome as your browser, and you're selecting the "Save" button at the bottom left side of the screen? If so, I would recommend contacting us directly to discuss the problem.
What's the number top call I continue top have problems from the app (never making progress and saving) or my computer (always offline or some kind of error in the yellow box top right)
When I unplug the lights and start over yes it works but I've done that numerous times since my last post..
