Light setting not saving

I just set up my (3) Gen3 pros yesterday, but every time from the app and the computer I set my colors and times it never saves like it "says".. help :( :(

When accessing ESL via the web are you using Google Chrome as your browser, and you're selecting the "Save" button at the bottom left side of the screen? If so, I would recommend contacting us directly to discuss the problem.
 
Yes I just tried chrome (was using Firefox) and yes I hit save. Now it's "offline".. I've reset the box but it continue searching. .

What's the number top call I continue top have problems from the app (never making progress and saving) or my computer (always offline or some kind of error in the yellow box top right)

When I unplug the lights and start over yes it works but I've done that numerous times since my last post.. :(
 
I have the same problem as you today the whole day already. It's making me very frustrating.
