What kind of lighting/water flow/ and feeding do they need?

From what I have read some zoa's are ok with PC but if you really want to bring out the vivid colors MH would be best. I am running these under PC 2X65W but will be upgrading soon to MH once I get my stand and canopy done. Check out some pics.

My zoas seem to be doing "okay" under 48w of 50/50 PC in a BioCube 14 at depths of 6 to 10 inches. Most of them seem to be growing a new polyp every 3-7 days or so, but they are small frags. Would they be happier under brighter light? Probably, but they seem to be doing fair enough under this setup.

This my experience: PC and they grow faster.
MH and you get better colors.
T5 will be something in between.

a rule of thumb, bright light, good med flow and you dont have too feed
