lighting a 65 gallon LPS reef

I am trying to decide on what lighting I should use for a 40 br or a 75g reef dominated by LPS. I was think either 2 175 or 250 MHs, 1 400 watt MH (for the 75), or 4-6 36 or 48" VHO bulbs. any help?
