Lighting and anemone

I have a 30 gallon cube and a t5 fixture with 2x24 watt bulbs is that enough for an anemone?

That's a bit on the low side IMO, I would probably double that.
A BTA might hang w/ that, but it would probably go to the highest place seeking as much light as possible.
