lighting choice

i orginally posted this int he new to hobby forum, i didnt even think about looking for a lighting forum

I am currently running a 110W CF fixture,

My tank is a 40 high and i have been told my 110w will not be enough to support sps and lps.

So i was thinking about upgrading, would this light fixture do the trick?
