I just purchased a 180 gal 72x24x24. Moving up from a 72 bow. Currently run MH 2x250 20k reflux and 4 T5s, 2 ATI Aqualblue Special, 1 Purple plus and 1 Actinic +. I love the color for my mixed reef that has some of everything,
The new set up will also be a mixed reef so my question is...what would anyone recommend for this 180 to give comparable look?
How about LEDs? Same color and growth?
Could I go with just 8-10 T5s and skip the MH? Or go with a comparable setup that I have now but with possible 3 radiums in lumenbrights with 2 -4 rows T5s ?
Also, I am trying to avoid a chiller although I have not needed one in the past.
