Lighting for a rose.

I have been planning on upgrading my lighting, I currently have 3 6 ft VHOs, and planned on adding 3 more 6 ft tubes. My question is, will 6 6ft vhos be sufficient enough for a rose anemone to thrive under?

(1).Will the anemone be going in to your 201?
(2).How many watts are the bulbs?Iv never delt with VHOs.

the vhos are 72" long, and are 160w each.

You would have about 4.5 watts per gallon.I dont see any reason why you could not keep it.I had one under 2 watts and it looked very good.

You should be fine keeping a BTA with the lighting you describe.
