Lighting for anemone

Hi, whats the watt per gallon required by a BTA that can be accomodated under a hood?

watts per gallon is a bad way to judge lighting
what size tank does the hood have fans?
could you put fans in?

Tank is a 12 gallon NC and has fans yes. 36 watt bulbs.

I think it would be hard to keep an anemone long term in this type of setup.
