Lighting for chalice

I just picked up 2 frags of chalice, namely Bazooka joe and bubble gum monster chalice. What kind of lighting is optimum for them? Need some advices. Thanks.

Lower lighting I would recommend. Some will prefer a little higher but you have to acclimate very well. Place them down in the sand when first introduced and try gradually going up. If you see something not right after putting them up take them back down to the sand as it's probably too much light. Low to Medium flow. Would love to see some pics as well. What size tank do you have and what kind of lights are you using?

i am currently putting them under MH 250W. I could also put them under 2 24 Watt CF lamps.

I wouldn't recomment the CFs. The MH are fine just all the way to the bottom. You might even need some shade.

I have some hollywood stunner and its in the top third of my 55 w/ 6 T5's about 14 K.
