Lighting for frogspawn or Hammer. Is it enough?

Yeah so far it is doing nice I might have to move it depending on what the new bulbs do. I will let you know they should be here by the 17 so I am excited and then I think I will slowly add them in to my light so not to shock anything. So far the acan is doing great when I first got it in the FS it looked all red then once I got it home it got the orange and green and other colors I think it is happy it is starting to grow and make new sections and stared covering the two other rocks it is sitting on so my pistol and goby can't bury it.
well bulbs came in I swapped out three and am running them for a bit and then will add the other three in to the mix all the coral are liking it. The new color is a bit more bluer then what I had but the corals are responding well acans I might need to move to a more shaded area since more par. But overall am very happy with the new lights and color they produce.
Yeah which is nice but I have also noticed like my goniporia and GSP and a few other corals stay open bigger and longer now then before which is nice and the goniporia has like taken off as long as my pistol will stop trying to bury it. But i like the look gives it a nice deeper color to me. I went from three 10K and three actinic to four blue+ one Purple + and a 6500K for growth. Looks nice
well tank is doing well will try and get some pictures up the torch which I have had as my first coral is not doing well. Not sure what is going on there I ahve lost a few things but have gotten a few more. So far I must say with my tanki coming up on a year soon it has been great will post pics when I get home.

My hammer let me know when flow was too much by not expanding fully. I had to move him around a couple times till he was happy. As others have said, medium light and low to medium flow seem to work.
yeah I have tried a few spots and sometimes it opens up and sometimes not. It was my first coral so not sure what is going on with it. Everything else is fine so I guess it would be light or flow. I will try tonight on some rearrangement to see if I can make it happy again.
sad note I lost my BTA yesterday not sure what happened. Have not changed anything it started moving around and then turned inside out and that was about the end. whole process took a few days but I am not sure what happened. on a better note a frogspawn i thought was dying has come back to life it slowly was shrinking and losing color and thought it would perish but it instead has done a complete 180 and is growing nicely now.
