Lighting for nems

Is this light enough, AquaticLife EDGE LED Aquarium Light Fixture, for a nem only tank. The tank is 12" deep and 35g. I have rbta's, haddoni's, lta, and a sebae in my dt and they do great under my kessels but trying to budget this new setup.

I have bought different types of cheap lighting. Fluval, zoomed marine land. You get what you paid for. Not enough light or cheap housing.. No I have never bought the one you mention. I bought a 4 tube HO t5 from plant supply for less than $120. I don't know how long the ballast will last. I still want to add a LED to it but as a supplement to the t5. I too have shallow tanks . 20gal long for BTA . So far so good but not enough time to say whether the nem thrives. It looks good and eats well and bubbles up and straightens up. Does remain tacky.
