lighting for shrooms

what is the basic lighting needs for shrooms ive seen them grow good under 65k bulbs mh im running two 250 10k bulbs and 2 110 watt vhos used to grow stonies want to go to lower maint shrooms any recomendations on lights im running 90gal tank 30 gal refuge sea clone skimmer?

If you're just talking about basic shrooms, not rics, then low lighting and low flow is good. PC's are fine.
